MusiCAD provides several ways of accentuations.
You can get separate notes accentuated using articulation signs.
For each part you can define in the part options dialog whether the first note of each bar and the first note of each cluster should receive an extra accent by checking the meter-accents option.
How all these accentuations result in audible dynamics can be changed in playback options
