In safe mode MusiCAD will not show the usual menu or button-bar but instead displays a task-panel, allowing only a few tasks:
exit
the program
to
select next melody
to
select next melody
Transpose
to another key
switch
between full page / maximum line length.
play
the melody
use
the mixer
